I do not speak English, how to communicate with you?
No problem, we have in our staff people that speak English, French and Spanish. Your messages will be taken care appropriately.

Once I place an order, how long would it take to receive my package?

We deliver in many countries and all the orders are different. Â We will give you our method of operation.
After your payment has been received and recorded by our accounting department (within 24 to 48 hours according to country of origin), we treat your order by order of validation. In general manner we prepare your order in the 72 hours after validation. Then, according to your country and the nature of your parcel, it is necessary in average 6 to 12 days of transit to arrive at destination and to enable you to profit from the free shipping.

The status of my order is " Payment Accepted" what does that mean?
We took into account your order. Our accounting department will record the sale and we will start processing your order as soon as validated.

My order is on "Back order or being received", what does it mean ?
Your order has been validated by the accounting department but during the preparation one or several products were out of stock and/or are being received on back order to supplier.

My order has a status of "Preparation in progress", what does mean?
Your order is being prepared and it will be given to the shipper.

How long do you need to receive a product in back order?
Our products come from various suppliers based in different states of the USA. On average, our suppliers try to deliver to us in 5 working days or less after validation of our order if they have the product in stock. If the delivery time were to be long we will address you the products available and will also specify you an estimate date for the back order. If one of our suppliers could no longer supply us with a product we will communicate you the procedure to be followed immediately.

My order is " In transit " what does it mean ?
Your order was given to the shipper and your package is in transit to your location. The transit time vary according to the countries and the size of the package. The delivery normally takes 6 to 12 days. Our orders generally leave from the east coast of The United States.

I do not have a Paypal account, how can I make a purchase ?
You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase.
